Our Mission — Building Global Brands for MMA Fighters

Transforming fighters into global brands — one career at a time.

Why We Started MCM

Modern Combat Management was founded on a simple belief: fighters deserve better. Too many talented athletes have had their careers mismanaged, underpaid, and undervalued. We built MCM to change that — to create a management agency where every fighter is treated as a long-term investment, not a short-term transaction. Every decision we make is guided by what is best for the athlete.

What We Stand For

Fighter First

Every negotiation, every deal, every decision starts with one question: is this good for the fighter? We never prioritize agency interests over athlete interests.

Transparency

We believe fighters should understand every contract they sign, every deal they take, and every dollar they earn. No hidden fees, no confusing terms.

Long-Term Thinking

Fighting careers are short. We plan for life beyond the cage — building brands, income streams, and legacies that outlast any fight career.

Our Vision for Combat Sports

We believe the next generation of combat sports stars will be athletes who are also brands — fighters who build audiences, attract sponsors, and create businesses around their athletic identity. Modern Combat Management is building the infrastructure to make that happen for every athlete we represent. From regional circuits to world title stages, we're here for the full journey.

The Team Behind MCM

Modern Combat Management is led by people with deep roots in combat sports, business development, and athlete representation. Our team combines firsthand experience in fight promotion, brand management, and legal support to give fighters a genuine competitive advantage in the business of fighting.

About MCM — FAQ

Common questions about who we are and how we work.

Who founded Modern Combat Management?

MCM was founded by Islam Elgarhi, a combat sports professional with deep ties to MMA promotion, athlete management, and brand partnerships across the US, Middle East, and Eastern Europe. The agency was built around a single principle: fighters should be treated as long-term partners, not short-term inventory.

What kind of fighters does MCM represent?

We represent professional and serious late-stage amateur MMA fighters across multiple weight classes, nationalities, and promotions. Our roster includes athletes competing in the UFC, PFL, Bellator, ONE Championship, CFFC, Karate Combat, and major regional shows worldwide.

Is MCM only for fighters based in the United States?

No. MCM is an international agency. We actively represent fighters from the US, Russia, Georgia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, and other regions, and we handle visa coordination, travel, and cross-border deal structuring so geography is never the reason a career stalls.

How is MCM different from a traditional MMA manager?

Most managers focus on booking the next fight. MCM treats every athlete as a long-term brand — combining fight negotiation, sponsorships, media, financial guidance, and career roadmapping under one roof. We invest in the fighter's life after the cage as much as the career inside it.

How do I get in touch with the MCM team?
