What the forms collect, and why

• Contact and consultation form: your name, email, message and the kind of inquiry (fighter, sponsor, promoter, press). We use it to answer you.
• Fighter application: name, email, phone, record, weight class, styles, current promotion, where you can legally compete, the opportunities you want, footage links and your goals. We use it to decide whether MCM can represent you.
• P-1 visa eligibility check: name, email, phone, nationality, sport, years as a pro, current visa status, rankings, titles, promotions, international experience, upcoming bouts, media coverage and your Instagram. We use it to give you an honest read on a P-1 petition.
• Sponsor inquiry: name, email, company, phone, budget range and message. We use it to match you with athletes.
• Media request: name, email, outlet, interviewer, format, the fighter you want, your deadline and notes. We use it to arrange the interview.
• Newsletter: your email and the page you signed up on. We use it to send the newsletter. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.

We only ask for what the request needs. Optional fields can stay blank.

Fighter portal

Athletes we represent get a portal account. It holds the login email, profile details, fight schedule, documents, medical records and visa paperwork that you or our team upload so we can manage your career. Only you and MCM staff can see your files. Sensitive records are used for the management work you asked us to do and for nothing else.

Payments

The Fighter Retainer and the P-1 Visa Payment Plan are billed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to our servers. We receive your name, email, the plan you chose and whether each payment succeeded. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe holds.

Where your data lives

• Supabase hosts our database, file storage and logins: form submissions, portal accounts and uploaded files, on servers in the United States.
• Resend sends our email from notify.mcm-mgmt.com: confirmations, replies, the newsletter and portal notices.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It counts page views and countries without building a profile of you.
• Stripe processes payments, as above.

Each provider works for us under its own contract and may not use your data for its own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

The public site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The fighter portal uses a login cookie so you stay signed in. If the site breaks in your browser, the page address, your browser name and the error message are sent to us so we can fix it. Some pages load videos from YouTube or Vimeo and maps from Esri and OpenStreetMap; those providers see your IP address when that content loads.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. If you are a fighter we represent, we share what a deal needs with promoters, sponsors, athletic commissions and immigration counsel, and only because you asked us to do that work. We disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept while we work on your request and for our business records afterwards. Portal records are kept while you are an MCM athlete, then for as long as U.S. law requires. Newsletter addresses are removed when you unsubscribe. Payment records are kept for tax and accounting rules.

Your choices

Email info@mcm-mgmt.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 30 days and delete anything we are not legally required to keep. You can leave the newsletter with the link in any issue.

Children

The website and the portal are for adults. We do not target anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a parent tells us a child has sent us information, we delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use portal data are emailed to account holders.
