The website

The site describes MCM's services, our athletes and news about them. It is information, not advice. Nothing here is legal, immigration, tax or financial advice, and reading it does not make MCM your representative. Fight records and results come from public sources and can lag behind the official record. We fix errors when we see them, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Fighter portal accounts

• Accounts are created by MCM for athletes we represent and for staff. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login, and you must tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
• Upload only documents that are yours or that you have the right to share. Medical and immigration records are stored for your management work and are covered by our Privacy Policy.
• We can suspend an account that is misused or that belongs to an athlete MCM no longer represents. You can ask us to export or delete your records at any time.

Retainer and P-1 payment plan

• The Fighter Retainer is $49.99 per month. The P-1 Visa Payment Plan is $399 per month for twelve months, or $4,000 paid up front. Both are billed in U.S. dollars by Stripe, which handles your card.
• Both are month to month. Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal and you keep the service until the end of the month you paid for. Months already paid are not refunded.
• If a price changes you will be told at least 30 days ahead and can cancel before it applies.
• The P-1 plan covers MCM's fee only. Government filing fees, premium processing, consulate fees and travel are paid by you. The plan page lists the full terms, including what happens if USCIS denies the petition, and those terms govern the plan.
• A missed payment pauses the work. Two missed payments in a row end the plan.

MCM is a management company, not a law firm. Immigration work on a P-1 petition is done by licensed immigration counsel; we prepare evidence, act as your agent and manage the case. We do not guarantee a visa approval, a fight booking, a sponsorship, a contract or any amount of money, and no honest manager can.

Fair use of the site

Do not scrape the roster or news for commercial use, copy fighter photos or media-kit material beyond the use labelled on the page, send false or automated form submissions, probe the site's security, or try to reach another person's account. Press may use media-kit assets as labelled, with credit to Modern Combat Management.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to MCM or are used under licence. Fighter names and likenesses belong to the fighters. You may link to any page and share our articles with credit.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent New Jersey law allows, MCM is not liable for indirect losses from using the site or the portal, and our total liability for anything connected to a subscription is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
