What the plan covers
- Eligibility review. We read your record, rankings and press and tell you straight whether a P-1 is realistic before you pay anything.
- Petition prepared with counsel. An immigration attorney prepares and files Form I-129. MCM builds the evidence file: results, rankings, contracts, press, expert letters.
- Sponsorship and itinerary. MCM acts as your U.S. agent, lines up the fight itinerary the petition needs and keeps promoters in the loop.
- USCIS filing fees. The government filing fees for the petition are inside the plan. Nothing extra on filing day.
- Consulate prep. Interview preparation, document checklist and the DS-160 walkthrough before your appointment.
- Case management to the stamp. One point of contact from the first call until the visa is in your passport, and reminders before it expires.
How the plan works
- Check eligibility. Fill in the eligibility form. We answer within two business days with a yes, a no, or what is missing.
- Sign and pay month one. You sign the plan agreement and pay the first monthly payment. Work starts the same week.
- Petition filed. Evidence is built, the attorney files, and you keep paying monthly while USCIS reviews.
- Visa in hand. Approval, consulate interview, stamp. Payments continue until month twelve, then stop.
The terms, in plain words
- Twelve equal monthly payments, charged to your card on the same day each month. No credit check and no interest. The total is the same as paying up front.
- If MCM tells you a P-1 is not realistic after the eligibility review, you owe nothing.
- If USCIS denies the petition, remaining payments stop with the month of the decision. Government filing fees already paid to USCIS are not refundable by anyone, and attorney work already done is not refunded.
- Premium processing (about 15 business days at USCIS) is optional and billed separately at the government's fee, because it is a pass-through cost.
- The consulate visa fee is paid by you at the consulate.
- Missing a payment pauses work on the case until it is brought current. Two missed payments in a row end the plan.
- MCM is not a law firm. Legal work is done by licensed immigration counsel. MCM prepares evidence, acts as your agent and manages the case.

What fighters ask before they start.
How much does the P-1 visa cost with the plan?
Twelve equal monthly payments with no interest, so the total is the same as paying up front. The plan covers attorney preparation, USCIS filing fees and MCM case management. Premium processing and the consulate fee are extra because they are government pass-through costs.
Is there a credit check?
No. The plan is an agreement between you and MCM, not a loan. You need a card that can be charged monthly.
What if my petition is denied?
Remaining payments stop with the month USCIS decides. Filing fees already paid to the government and attorney work already done cannot be refunded, which is why we do the eligibility review first and tell you honestly if a P-1 is not realistic.
How long does a P-1 take?
Two to four months for standard processing once the petition is filed. Premium processing gets a USCIS decision in about 15 business days for a confirmed fight date.
Who is the attorney?
A licensed U.S. immigration attorney MCM works with on athlete petitions. MCM is not a law firm: we prepare the evidence, act as your U.S. agent and manage the case; counsel prepares and files the petition.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, at any time, with no fee. The total does not change.
